THE TRUTH ABOUT GRANITE STATE FUTURE

The RPCs are boards of appointed, un-elected members, who say their GSF program is "advisory-only" and "grassroots".

"The staff of New Hampshire's nine regional planning commissions (RPCs) will be working with a range of community and business leaders, state agencies, counties and municipalities, and non-profits and citizen groups to develop a productive public dialogue within each region."

Truth is... The Granite State Future program is NOT a grass roots, "advisory only" program as proponents claim. "The Cooperative Agreement allows for substantial involvement of HUD staff to enhance the performance of the grantee in the completion of their deliverables." Also "HUD is committed to ensuring that programs result in the achievement of HUD's strategic mission." They are tasked with helping each region create a "Master Plan" in line with GSF whichin some cases they have ALREADY signed, or intend to sign no matter what happens at these meetings. The Nashua RPC is responsible for procuring and distributing a grant from the federal government (EPA/HUD/DOT) and charged with making sure HUD requirements, including metrics, are carried out. When towns and cities sign on to the HUD grant, there are strings attached. The following documents are also loaded with evidence that this is an all-encompassing "social justice" program, and meant to be enforced.

  2. GSF Organizational Chart [PDF]

The RPCs say they want input from the "community".

"A Granite State Future is a community-based program starting with a public dialogue about what we want for the future of our communities, our regions, and our state."

Truth is... NH Listens is a PR firm from the Carsey Institute that "facilitates" listening sessions to which the public is invited. Most of the public never finds out about these meetings, and as a result, the meetings are usually stacked with plants from pay-to-play business owners, government shills, university foundation employees, or their PR firm trainees. Along with the facilitator is an enabler and an enforcer who keep the discussion on track. Some participants have noted that their input was not recorded. All the ideas were already in place and the GSF is NOT "community-based program", and did NOT "start" with any of these meetings. In addition, all suggestions taken on their website are not displayed, only the ones favoring their pogram, thereby creating the false perception of consensus. See the GSF Organizational Chart from the above item to see how you the voter, and the legislature are cut out of the decision making process.

The RPCs say their listening sessions do not use the Delphi Technique.

"A Granite State Future is committed to engaging everyone in identifying shared interests and more effectively using limited government resources."

Truth is... Classic use of Delphi Technique is being employed and participants have filmed the process time and time again. People are broken up into small groups. The Facilitator, Enabler, Enforcer lead the discussion where they wish it to go and those opposed are discouraged from speaking. All input is not recorded. There is an agenda which becomes obvious shortly into the process.

The RPCs say this is not about preventing people from building in rural areas.

"Traditional Settlement Patterns & Development Design - keep the traditional New Hampshire landscape intact by focusing development in town centers and village areas, while leaving open and rural areas for agriculture, recreation, and other suitable uses."

Truth is... From their website they have listed this as one of their goals: "Traditional Settlement Patterns and Development Design - keep the traditional New Hampshire landscape intact by focusing development in town centers and village areas, while leaving open and rural areas for agriculture, recreation, and other suitable uses." (And who may we ask will determine what is considered a suitable use?)

The RPCs say these ideas come from the local "community".

"A Granite State Future is designed to be a product of the people of New Hampshire in recognition that better public decisions are made when everyone affected participates in the process."

Truth is... NONE of this stuff comes from the people in the community but rather straight from the global elites; wealthy corporations and their foundations, and are pushed by NGOs such as the UN and other global groups. Even more disturbing is that they fund support for regional governance: One Region Funders
